The Panhandle Reined Cow Horse Association wants to congratulate its 2019 year-end winners.
Earning a year-end award means more than just one big win – it requires dedication over time from a partnership team of horse and rider to qualify for the award and rise to the top.
These horses and riders have accomplished all that and more. They are recognized with prizes that include buckles, jackets, saddle pads and sheets.
